**Friendly prewarning this blog will contain spoilers so if you haven't read this book scroll past and then come back when you have read it.**

The third book in the ACOTAR series and what a book it is. Let's get into it!

This is the book where we see the full relationship of Feyre and Rhysand, they are stronger than ever and true mates that have gone through not only the mating ceremony but Rhys has also made her his High Lady of The Night Court making her his equal in every single way. This I approve of and wish that more men were like this in our world, I also wish there was such thing as a mate bond, would make dating so much easier am I right?

So we are on the brink of war with Hybern and Feyre needs all the alleys they can get, so a meeting with the seven High Lords it is...but does it go to plan? Erm, not really. My money was on Cassian starting something but oh no Azriel and his famous line "Be careful how you speak about my High Lady"...sends shivers down my spine in a good way of course. Speaking of Azriel our lovely Shadowsinger he spends a lot of this book spying as we know but also teaching Feyre to fly which proves difficult as you can imagine.

In this book we see some old characters which once petrified us or made us feel uneasy, but this time they're on the winning side which makes it all the more better and feisty. One character I wasn't happy to see back had to be Ianthe, she I think is worse than the Evil A! I loved that Sarah included the discussion on how women can sexually assault men and that it is not ok to touch someone who doesn't want to be touched in any way! She definitely got want was coming to her in my opinion. I am not going to include much more because I do feel bad giving out all these could-be spoilers, obviously there is a warning at the top so if you have ignored that then it is on you my friend. Should have come back to this blog post after reading this chunky novel. Saddest part of this book for me was what happened to The Suriel, that part made me choke up I am not going to lie. It is why I have included a quote from this character in my 'About Me' section of this blog website.
