What can I say about this book other than perfection?
Our points of view change for this novel, this time we see through the eyes of Nesta and Cassian...very exciting! What I liked about this book was that we saw deeper into who Nesta is and how she can to be the sour puss that we know through the entire series. We also get to see a different side to Cassian as well as his past and how he became the loveable rogue that we know and adore.
Now looking at both of these characters my first thought was "No, that won't work" but then my second thought was "Well, think about it. Opposites do sometimes attract" and oh boy are both of those sentences said throughout this book from page 1 to page 751. But not only that my friends in my edition of ACOSF there is a bonus chapter which is very sweet and makes me smile. I won't spoil it by saying what happens but if you do want to know please send me a little message and I will happily let you know what happens. It is the only book I have where there is a bonus chapter so if you know the extra juicy bits from the other books please do let me know as well, I can't seem to find them anywhere and it is killing me not knowing (I am very nosey).
Whilst we make our way through this book we see our lovely characters develop in many different ways, we meet new and interesting characters that add to the mix and some that we don't like and haven't in the past few books. Nesta I believe makes the biggest change along with Feyre, the relationship between the three sisters becomes what it is meant to be and Nesta the cold queen herself learns the valuable lesson of friendship which again adds to our lovely mixture to create this marvellous book.
One thing that did disappoint me was the ending, Like hello! What happens next, it can't just end like that, there needs to be more!! I am still angry with Sarah for how she finishes off this book, if she randomly announces that there will be a sixth and seventh, maybe even eighth book in this series then and only then will I deem her forgiven but until then this Book Keeper is not a happy bunny!
** I would rate this book a 18+, due to it being more spicy in this book than in any of the others (if you have read the book, you will know exactly what I mean) so that is what I would advice personally. **
