Beyond my favourite in the entire series!! After reading this does anyone else want to witness and celebrate Starfall? Because I do!! But we will get to that later.

To start...well where do I start? Oh yeah...Tampon, I mean Tamlin (silly me). So we find ourselves back in the Spring Court with Feyre as High Fae with Tamlin and Lucien, Feyre adored with jewels and a emerald engagement ring on her wedding finger.

Now everything is happy and charming, the birds are chirping and then BAM...Fairytale broken! But lets not jump too far ahead because a lot happens in that time, for example Feyre has powers from the High Lords, yep you read that right! Lets re-winded shall we? When our girl had her back broken by the evil A (We don't say her name here, she might just come back) the seven High Lord placed a drop of their power into Feyre to bring her back to life. It works but with a twist, she is now High Fae. Now here is where it gets interesting and possessive very very quickly...

Tamlin (aka: Tampon, you will learn to love the nickname by the end of the book trust me) obsessed, possessive and a little demanding. As the story goes on Tamlin becomes more and more beastly, scoffing when Feyre asks whether she will become High Lady of the Spring Court, he tells her off for helping his subjects, sides with another woman called Ianthe instead of his fiancee

(what man (or woman) doesn't stand up for their partner? Like come on, it's textbook relationship) and then locks her in the house where she panics and closes down! Rhysand on the other hand, charming, secretive and Feyre's saviour (IYKYK) was always a winner in my book even in the first book. I mean hello, those eyes? Mesmerised! Also can I just point out that Sarah J.Maas gives us very unrealistic expectations of men, relationships and overall romance. What I wouldn't give for someone to dance with my on a balcony whilst stars rained down for the sky.

Which leads me nicely onto my next point, Sarah graces us with the most amazing chapters whilst Feyre is in The Night Court. My heart melts so many times, during Feyre's adventures in Velaris, from meeting the inner circle, to flying with Rhys, Starfall, the Suriel and then the Soup and Cabin...

Let's talk Starfall...a few years ago I was a bridesmaid for my sister, our bridesmaid dresses were silver and sparkly. Whenever I loved at the beautiful fabric I felt like either a waterfall or Starfall, we all wore the same fabric/colour dress but then had different coloured shoes and flowers in our hair (my colour was pink, it matched my bouquet). At the time I hadn't read ACOTAR and it was only recently when I got it out my wardrobe where it hit me that it was similar to Feyre's dress at Starfall. Granted she has sleeves, low back and is more fitted but it is something I could possibly consider doing with my dress possibly? Who knows, this blog may become a dressmaking blog instead of a book one.

Now I have told my little story lets go back, by the end of the book we find that the inner circle have gone to Hybern and things turn sour very quickly. Nesta and Elain are forced into the cauldron and are Made into Fae, King of Hybern breaks the mate bond between Feyre and Rhysand but then shock horror it is all a lie...Feyre is a spy for Rhys in the Spring Court and is going to destroy it from the inside out (genius!) and that is where it ends that is until A Court of Wings and Ruin. But until then have a read and let me know what you think!
